Payment can be made by meet ups, POSB transfer, Paypal or Internet Banking.

Once transferred, it must be provided details such as time and amount inclusive the name of the buyer.

Postage

Shipping will take approximately 1 - 3 weeks, depending on stock validity & arrival of the shipment

For orders up to S$30.00, a flat postage fee of S$1.00 applies. (For Delivery Within Singapore)
For orders from S$30 and above, Postage and handling charges will be waived (For Delivery Within Singapore)


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- Postage will be charged according to Parcel Rates given by Singpost

We will NOT BE responsible for packages lost in the mail

We will confirm shipping/handling charges via email before asking you for payment

All parcels can be requested to be sent by Registered Mail (additional S$2.30).

Postage will be applicable for orders below S$50.00 if items are out of stock after payment.

Orders will be mailed out only AFTER full payments have been received. - Please understand that all sales are FINAL.

Refunds

We will not accept exchange unless wrong item has been sent by us and receipt will be attached

Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.

Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange/refund items will be paid by the customer.

Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the original condition.

Items shall be returned with full and original packaging. (include tag, label, packaging bag, shopping bag and receipt)

Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained.
